The Well Condos, a $ 1.4 billion planned and mixed-use community in Toronto’s fashion district. This ambitious redevelopment of the Globe & Mail building at Front St. and Spadina Ave. is a plan to create offices, stores and residences in the Spadina / Wellington area.

Architecture firm Hariri Pontarini will design this project with careful planning to ensure coherence and interconnectivity in the community. All buildings except the 36-story tower will house retail stores on the first two levels with red brick designed as facades.

The Well Condos will be a 3.1 million square foot mixed-use development covering 7.8 acres of real estate in downtown Toronto. Acclaimed real estate developer Tridel will spearhead the project that will see 3 high-rise condominiums, along with 3 apartments, an office building, and a commercial space totaling 420,000 square feet from Spadina Avenue and Front Street.

The Well Condos will be THE place to live, work, play, shop and eat in downtown Toronto. The city is energetic, diverse and vibrant, and that is what The Well will bring to the city center.
